Your assessment
A first visit built around listening.
Your first appointment is approximately one hour. We discuss your condition and goals, complete a physical assessment, explain what we find, and build a treatment plan with you. When time allows, treatment may begin and you'll leave with exercises or self-care guidance.

For days when getting to the clinic isn't possible — mobility issues, illness, bad weather, or being further afield in Ontario — virtual appointments let us continue your assessment, exercise progression and education. Some hands-on treatments can't be provided online.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. A referral is not required to see a physiotherapist in Ontario, though some insurance plans may need one for reimbursement.
How long are appointments?
Assessments are about an hour. Treatments are typically 30–45 minutes.
Can I book treatment directly as a returning client?
If it's the same condition within the last three months, often yes. After three months, a reassessment may be required.
